About the roleWe are looking for a detail - obsessed, technically passionate candidate who should be able to Identify and resolve technical issues successfully within the given TAT.Scope:Team Role to handle technical queries.Work Location:Remote online work until offices reopenWorking days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during weekShifts (subject to change): 8 am -5 pmExperience: 1-6 yearsMandatory Language Fluency: English, HindiLaptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursedRole Details:Support student and teacher experience and ensure high CSAT scoresEnsure high teacher and student engagement and in turn high net promoter scores (NPS) from Teacher andStudentsResponsible for solving queries of students and teachers.Maintain good relationships with students and teachers so that the business can maximize the value of thoserelationships.Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and successfully (TAT 5 minutes).Resolving network issues.Installing and configuring hardware and software.Setting Up System using Remote Desktop Connections like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.Skills and QualificationsBachelors degreeProven success rate at levels above quotasAbility to balance persuasion with professionalismPrior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good written and verbal communication.Strong organizational skillsComfortable with change of shift timings as per business requirementEmail voice and chat experience will be an advantage
