Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to provide specialist support to the project management of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and HMS (Heat Management Systems) projects and proposals

On our Major Projects you will give

  • Structural support with schedules / tools / analysis when relevant
  • Setup a project controls environment to support the project managers
  • Define an overall project planning based on the agreed design, supply and installation milestones
  • Assist on key handover moments

Data Analysis will be required especially for

  • The overall planning and progress within our engineering and design centers
  • An on time delivery of materials by an involvement in our SIOP process
  • An efficient execution of our construction activities
  • Our variation order management from data providing point of view

Tools and Reports require further development to

  • Support the evaluation of the projects based on key performance metrics

Identify, develop, pursue, and implement operational and work process improvements for the Project Controls department and other areas of our project business.

  • Help develop and maintain an overall project controls mind-set by generating relevant reports and planning & control tools

YOU HAVE:

In this role it s required you have:

  • University Degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent through experience
  • 5 - 6 years experience in data management environment (finance/controls/FP&A)
  • Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and absorb company specifics of the business
  • Outspoken interest in working with data and people
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/Power Pivot skills, other Database experience can be a plus
  • Willingness to learn how to retrieve and work with data
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Strong ERP system interest -
  • Interest in working in an international environment involving occasional travel

It will be an advantage if you have

  • SAP Experience and the SAP PS project module
  • Microsoft Project Knowledge
  • Knowledge of other languages
