Job Description

As an Associate Consultant, the incumbent would be required to carry out the following:

  1. Work in project teams under supervision of a Project Leader/ Engagement Manager
  2. Deliver independent modules of a project by conceptualization, data collection and analysis
  3. Support business development and knowledge generation initiatives
  4. Collaborate and participate in Organization initiatives
Desired Candidate ProfileExperience:1-2 years of post MBA experience (preferably 2013 batch)(a) Previous experience in a reputed engineering or automotive company with experience in corporate planning/ corporate strategy / operational excellence. Experience in actual implementation of improvements and managing change will be an added advantage.OR(b) Previous experience in a reputed management consulting firm with experience of strategy and operations assignments within engineering and automotive sectors. Experience in implementation / benefit realization assignments will be an added advantage.Required Skills1. Understanding of engineered products / automotive industry domain2. Good spoken and written communication and articulation skills3. Good understanding of financial modeling4. Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience in engineering or related sectors would be an added advantage.5. Previous experience of leading a team of 1 - 2 would be an added advantage.Salary:18 Lac - 20 Lac,
