Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATION

Position : Consultant Senior Consultant

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Manager Business Research

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The role would involve providing support to one of the largest family offices in the Middle East, who has been a client of Aranca for more than 7 years. The person would report to the Director of Investments in the UAE and support them in their research requirements. The opportunity is ideal for professionals who have 2 - 3 years of experience in investment banking research

  • Preparation of quick industry scans, more detailed opportunity assessments and investment teasers
  • Providing support in screening ideas and creation of marketing collateral (including but not limited to pitch books, IMs, PPMs, and company profiles)
  • Preparing target industry databases and company profiles
  • Create mid - to high - complexity valuation models
  • Handle client communication
  • Handling adhoc research requests as per client or team requirements
    • Desired Skill Set

      POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      Functional Requirements:

      • CFA s or MBA s from top tier institutes
      • 2 - 3 years of experience in Investment Banking research would be preferred
      • Excellent analytical and web researching skills
      • Strong financial and business analysis skills
      • Proficiency in working on databases
      • Excellent ppt and excel skills

        • Soft skills & Behavioral skills:

          • Ability to multi - task and work under strict deadlines
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
