Job ProfileKey ResponsibilitiesWork as individual contributor or member of project teams or proposal team by spending 70% of the time on creating winning proposal and 30% of the time on live projectsExecute research projects and proposals involving , but not limited to:Market / opportunity assessment : comprehensive review of the market through a thorough analysis of demand supply dynamics , completion landscape , value chain and regulatory frameworks governing the industryCompetitor intelligence: In - depth assessment of companies involving a review of their business structure , product / service offerings , management team , recent developments , go - to - market approach and outlookMA related research: Conducting due diligence on identified targets and developing detailed company profiles through comprehensive desk - based and primary researchProactively identifying risks (if any) associated with any project or proposal , bringing it to the notice of relevant stakeholders at the right time and contributing to mitigate themMaintaining quality by using appropriate templates; following proposal - writing standards , consistency , and toneObtaining approvals through interaction with key stakeholders , including Sales , Practices and Leadership (wherever required)Being a strong team player , and supports team members as and when requiredEnsuring to meet all internal and external deadline for solutions products / proposals byestablishing priorities and target dates for information gathering , writing , review , and approvalcoordinating with contributors for specific information needs and reviewContributing to process excellence and streamlining operationsBeing creative and innovative in taking Proposal standards to the next levelDesired Skill SetPOSITION REQUIREMENTSFunctional RequirementsBE / BBA / MBA / Master or Bachelors in Economics or statistics from top tier institutes.1 2 years of experience and credentials in analysing sectors while identifying factors like key growth drivers challenges etc.Domain knowledge in secondary research; experience in primary research will be preferredAbility to draw sound conclusions and translating conclusions into timely decisions and actionsExcellent research skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately are essentialStrong verbal communication skillsStrong experience in creating PPT and Word - based reportsStrong knowledge of finance analysis , strategic analysis , peer comparison , future growth prospects , key growth areas , etc.Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery schedulesSoft skills Behavioral skillsDrive for resultsRight on energyGo - getter attitudeProactiveSets high standards for self,
