Job Description

    Key Deliverables:
    • Develop and update content for new and existing educational products in stock market products like equity, mutual funds, debt, derivatives, ETFs etc.
    • Develop and update content for new and existing educational products in technical and fundamental analysis, reading charts like candlestick pattern analysis, Time Value of Money & Compounding, Price Pattern Analysis, Gap Theory, Volume Analysis and Fibonacci Analysis, Momentum Indicators and Oscillators, Principles of Valuations, Basic Concepts of Option Pricing, Protective put / call and Covered put / call, Vertical spreads : Bull call / Bear put & Bull put / Bear call, Volatility based strategies : Long straddle / strangle & short straddle / strangle, Range Bound option & advance strategies, options analysis etc.
    • Strong practical knowledge of risk management, wealth management, setting targets, stop losses for best reward scenarios to develop interactive content using different authoring tools
    • Manage and update content on LMS system Hands-on using or quick in learning internal tools/ systems
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)
    • Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude Commitment and Ownership Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word & Excel)
    • Critical thinking and decision making and strong research skills.
    Job Responsibility:
    • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
    • Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
    • Be a visionary when designing or redesigning instructional learning programs; ensuring that they adhere to adult learning principles/theory, instructional design theory and related strategies
    • Utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives
    • Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs
    • Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video
    • Create knowledge and skills assessments
    • Evaluate learning effectiveness
    • Apply current research and theory to learning design challenges
    • Deliver training and presentations on education and learning design
    • Write/Review storyboards
    Education Qualifications:Graduates / Post Graduates (M.Com)/MBA in FinanceNISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives, currency derivatives and mutual funds will be an added advantagePrior Work Experience3 + years of relevant experience in the field of Stock MarketAt least 2+ years of experience in content development/Subject matter expert in Stock Market/Risk Management
