Responsibilities: Responsible for developing Training Content as per business requirements and Business owner needs Responsible for handling Content Development and Protocol & Standardization Responsible for Train the trainer sessions of the developed content Responsible for maintaining version controls of content developed Responsible for the adoption of developed content across zones for solving operational glitches Effective and timely development of Training Content related to business needs and objective in the adhered process Conducting efficient Train The Trainer (TTT) of developed content for all Zonal Training Teams Liasoning with various departments within organization for development of effective content Developing internal business content for DC, BC & Bandhu for Employee Empowerment Program (EEP) Developing internal business content for the Field Staff for increasing productivity and sales matrix Designing new content tools as and when needed Maintenance, development & updation of Learning Management System Management of Content Version Controls & rollout Protocol & Standardization Management Adherence to the process of content development Effective vendor management PQIS data management for the department Logistic control and management of training material & P&M material in all zones Effective monitoring & development of content team Effective monitoring & development of Protocol & Standardization team Adept in the Content Development tools like Photoshop, Coral Draw, Adobe Flash, Power point Have fair knowledge of providing inputs for developing advanced methodologies of education like Learning Management System, Virtual Classrooms, etc Be creative in nature and should have an experience in Content Development for BFSI Sector- Banking/ Insurance etc Excellent Written and oral communication is must and Good Negotiating skills required. Duties Duties: Required to conform to the Information Security Policy, Required to ensure their staff are working in a manner consistent with the Information Security Policy, Responsible for investigating any security issue that members of staff raise in connection with their work, Responsible for addressing unresolved security issues with the Information Security Officer, Required to ensure that staff have signed their contract indicating that they understand and will comply with the required legislation. Required to report all security incidents Required to carry out disciplinary procedures as defined by HR,
