Job Description
Manager Content Role Description The position entails the following roles and responsibilities: Build flawless, impactful content based on client guidelines and expectations.
Understand target audience keenly and develop and edit content that aligns to it.
Elevate the quality of project deliverables through thorough QC, feedback to writers, adherence toguidelines, and language edits.
Ensure that all deliverables meet international standards of quality and are completed in a timelyfashion.
Manage clients across geographies like the US, UK and India through phone calls, videoconferences, and emails; understand requirements, meet expectations, manage client relationships,and run projects.
Offer recommendations and consulting services to clients, nurture client relationships, and growaccounts. Manage, motivate, and train team.
Job RequirementsExcellent writing and editing skills
Understanding of contemporary content marketing tactics, industry business models, differenttypes of global English (UK v/s US etc.)
Ability to read and quickly incorporate guidelines/stylistic rules as demanded by the project.
Ability to edit content without deviating from the original meaning and context.
A sharp eye for detail.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
Ability to manage teams, vendors, and clients
