The role will have the key responsibility for ensuring IMDb has the right content selection for its customers in IN. It will involve working on multiple creative projects and partner relationships simultaneously. You will be responsible for creating and expanding our content provider network. The individual in this role will have deep understanding of various content segments, drive relationships with producers, influencers, content creators, television networks and content owners/aggregators, with the mission of improving customer experience by delivering comprehensive content selection to entertainment fans in India. This role will also involve building IMDb s contributor community in India.The role s responsibilities include:- Develop IMDb s content strategy driven by data analysis, customer preferences and market dynamics.- Identify engagement opportunities and partnerships with producers, influencers, content creators, studios, TV networks and content owners/aggregators.- Develop IMDb s talent relations and build advocacy for IMDb in the industry- Identify customer needs and set the content coverage strategy for IMDb in IN.- Drive continuous improvement in all operational aspects of IMDb s relationship with its content suppliers- Nurture and develop IMDb s contributor community in India- Contribute to roadmap, vision, metrics, goals and performance of the program and represent in business reviews and other meetings, 3+ years experience in program or project management Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsBasic qualifications 7+ years of experience in content/digital media company in partnerships and content creation roles Strong interest and knowledge about content and trends across movies, TV, series, short and long form content Comfort in managing high volume account management and high operational work streams Excellent relationship management, communication and organizational skills Strong working relationships with local and regional content providersPreferred qualifications Experience in customer facing content partnership roles Experience in content creation, editorial or video production
