Haptik | Building Chatbots that Work Location: Mumbai , 1 Vacancy - Fulltime Haptik is currently looking out for a Writer to craft conversational experiences , one of the most unique roles across the company. Are you interested in writing combined with developing User Experience Then this role is for you. You will be an important member of the team trying to build the next generation conversational experiences and determining Human - Computer interaction. An ideal candidate will be someone who is highly customer centric , has a solid background in writing , and experience working in technology. This is a cross functional role working across teams , reporting into our Head of Sales / Operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement scripts for chatbots based on functional client requirements Think User - first and write bot copy that creates a sense of delight with the end user Work closely with Project Managers , Software Developers , UX Designers to ensure successful implementation for each project Understand customer s specifications and balance with ideal user experience Continuously stay up to date with market developments and upskill regularly through company sponsored programs Have a deep understanding of the Haptik customer and regularly interface with them to get product feedback Test the copies you write by running user acceptance tests , AB testing , focus group studies , etc. Be as good with numbers as with copy , be able to measure the effectiveness of content written and suggest copy changes basis user interaction and chat data Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in Content Development , Script Writing , UX , or related field Bachelors / Master s Degree in from a Tier 1 institute Strong understanding of the internet ecosystem , processes and market in general Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures Strong problem solving and analytical skills Self - driven , comfortable with a fast - paced , always - on , highly ambiguous environment
