Job Description

Responsibilities:Global Technology Accounting includes

  • Controllership support for Global Technology, CIB Ops & Corp area
  • Firmwide Internally Developed Software
  • Hardware, Purchased Software & Software Rental, and WIP Asset Class Control
Primary responsibilities include instruction & oversight of monthly GL / Fixed Asset processes, submissions, fixed assets reporting & analysis, fixed asset maintenance, and balance sheet account reconciliation. The role will also include Fixed Assets Impairment review, Inventory Control and Process Efficiency improvement.Requirements:
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience required in GL accounting/finance-related areas, with a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Part of fully qualified accountant
  • Structured mindset with process/continuous improvement orientation
  • Proven ability to work well with various partners and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
  • Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
  • Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, multi-national language skills preferable, but not required
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support transaction processing in compliance with Corporate Accounting practices and policies.
