Job Description

Telecom Finance is chartered with oversight of global network spend of telecommunication services. The functions within Telecom Finance focus on payment/audit of telecommunication expense, financial controls, systems and reporting. Telecom Finance provides an environment where leadership, excellence, integrity and diversity are among our core principles.Job DescriptionValidation of JPMCs invoices to guarantee Contract compliance. You will drive a robust and Risk/Control environment. Have a clear understanding of new Network Technologies utilized by JPMC and provided by our Suppliers. Maintain outstanding relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.   • Responsible for overseeing accurate and timely implementation of JPMC Telecommunication Contracts for Domestic and International Network Services.
  • Complete Audits working closely with Sourcing, GNS, GFO and GFS.
  • Provide monthly results reporting to appropriate teams
  • Lead efforts to drive cost saving initiatives within the firm, analyze and report on all cost savings.
  • Responsible for all mergers and acquisitions verifying projects are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Validate all Contract Risk testing is accurate and timely with appropriate documentation.
  • Incorporate new technologies as they are deployed by GNS. Train the Telecom Invoice Analysts on new products and processes
  • Maintain complex and accurate documentation to support disputed items in accordance with appropriate telecom contracts and tariffs and in compliance with Corporate Accounting practices and policies.
Level of Experience
  • Must have a college degree or comparable experience within the Telecommunications Industry.
  • 4 6 years of telecommunications experience.
  • Must have experience in contract implementation, auditing, and interpretation of contract language.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications and Vendor Management preferred.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and research skills are required.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills required.
