Position Overview & Responsibilities The Associate WFA Reporting will be an Individual Contributor role based in Mumbai, India with exposure to stakeholders within Human Resources and across business teams.Primary responsibility will be delivering data and reporting solutions to internal customers according to established SLAs and project deadlines, the incumbent will also focus supporting larger HR CDAO goals on reporting strategy including continuous improvement and process efficiencies, automation and controls, partner with technology. The candidate will join a mature team of reporting analysts who drives some of the most impactful reporting and data analytics in HR. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has a strong and proven track record of delivering Adhoc and Standard reports to clients across geographies and businesses in a timely manner with zero errors, also exceeds client demands for workforce data related solutions through processes improvements, automation and operational excellence. The candidate will show strong analytics skills, be innovative and self-motivated. Key Responsibilities This role will work in close partnership with both HR and non-HR clients to support the HR-related reporting needs of the firm in accordance with established data privacy standards. Specifically, the qualified candidate will:
    • Demonstrate ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient, and sustainable reporting solutions
    • Deliver Adhoc and Standard reports to clients across geographies and businesses in a seamless and timely manner with zero errors
    • Thoroughly understand available tools and processes to appropriately redirect to existing products or efficiently deliver reporting and analysis to clients
    • Actively contribute to the continuous review, development, and modification of self-service reporting products available on the WFA Portal
    • Participate in scheduled testing of data/data elements because of integrations, fixes, or product upgrades
    • Proactively manage data quality through auditing and analyzing report output
    • Ability to work with large volumes of sensitive/confidential data
    • Deliver training to end-users on obtaining access, new products/processes, and reporting tool functionality as and when required
    • Assist with tracking and reporting of delivery metrics that represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the team
    Qualifications/Requirements
    • Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream
    • 3+ years working in a reporting or similar role, ideally in Human Resources or related discipline
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills, ability to apply a range of analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights and develop solutions
    • Advanced application skills with Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects) and MS Excel
    • Tableau or QlikView or any other visualization tool experience will be an added advantage
    • Basic understanding of SQL, understanding of data flows will be an added advantage
    • Exposure to HR Processes procedure and Improvement related initiatives a plus
    • Proficiency in development, documentation, and testing combined with aggressive triage/diagnosis and strong consulting skills
    • Requires attention to detail, organizational and ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiatives
    • Proven track record of exemplary customer service and quality product delivery
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management across multiple businesses and geographies
    • Strong self-development focus. Must have an enthusiasm to learn.
    • Willingness to work in Flexible Shifts (EMEA hours)
