To manage and nurture relationships with our corporate partners and also to manage case level transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders from across internal departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned corporates / distributors /dealers/ agents in the region for growth in business.
Credit appraisal of Supply chain division for fund-based exposure like Channel Finance, Vendor Finance, AOR, Buyer Finance etc. Escalate the case to credit committees for sanctioning.
Preparation of Credit appraisal of large corporates under vendor finance schemes, dealer finance schemes and TReDS.
Responsible for preparing the detailed corporate credit notes and periodic internal rating reports.
Coordinate with various departments for structuring of a deal under vendor finance schemes, dealer finance schemes and TReDS.
Preparing and presenting of credit appraisal notes considering financial and non-financial parameters and trends and providing recommendations to the sanctioning committee.
Work on proposal on Digital Medium for products like Channel Finance, Sales Invoice Discounting, and equipment finance.
Management of TReDS Product-Launch of the product, CAM preparation, bidding process, CERSAI reporting and tracking of repayment.
Monitoring of the portfolio and minimising the delinquency in the portfolio.
