Job Description

    Corporate Sales Manager / Regional Head for Insurance Broking Company.Location - MumbaiExperience - 6-15yearsJob Description To source business from large corporate with an annual premium potential of above Rs.50 lacs. Responsible for their individual as well as Teams topline and bottom line. To prepare business and manpower budget in consultation with HO. Responsible for implementing business process and controls as laid down by HO. To formulate business strategy and future expansion on the basis of feedback fromvarious regions. To liaise with insurance companies to conduct special training session to buildcompetencies of the team. Liaison with Insurance companies to get better quotes from market and accordinglyproviding best terms to the client. Arrange and conduct customer seminars for business promotion, product awareness andmarket update. To update the Head- Commercial on daily basis with all aspects of business operations intheir region. To adhere to business process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strictcompliance of regulations as laid down by IRDA. Experience of various Insurance verticals like Property, Marine, Burglary, Liability,Employee health && benefits, Infrastructure etc. (Employee Benefits, Property, Marineand Fire).Key SkillsProcurement advisory, Sale, Relationship building, Infrastructure Consultancy, Regional Head,Corporate salesQualification Required:1.Post Graduate/ MBA.2.Licentiate/Associate in Non-life are desired.Skills Required:1. 10-14years of experience in general insurance sector.2. Direct Marketing.3. Excellent Networking Skills.4. Effective Communication skills and well groomed.5. Team building and managing.6. Should be a go getter7. Assertive door opener8. Ability to work individually and in a team9. Advance knowledge of all types of insurance, inclusive of life and general insurance10. Should have exposure to SMEs and large corporate11.
