Job Description

We are hiring for a Senior Analyst Assistant Manager role for one of our client in Riyadh. PFB the details :

  1. Coordinate for Data requests and follow up for extraction with different teams
  2. Gaining insights from data generated internally within different teams.
  3. Monitor customer experience on digital channels.
  4. Optimization of digital channel usage, aligned with customer segments
  5. Specific products and services basis demographic and transactional data analysis
  6. Helping teams in developing targeted campaigns : Youth, Ladies, students, millennials in alignment with Marketing and Retail product, customer exp team
  7. Campaign impact analysis, ROI and review of effectiveness, continual improvement thereon
  8. Digital Sales Dashboard enhancement, visual reporting to management
  9. ManagementBoard presentations, weekly review updates and adhoc requirement
  10. KSA demographic analysis, covering initiatives driving digital migration, opportunities
  11. Competitor scan of products and services, fintech companies in GCC
  12. Benchmarking digital banking industry best practices with ARB (worldwide and region specific)
  13. Business development opportunity vs changing landscape in country aligned with VISION 2030.
