Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for Corporate Valuation Senior Roles & Responsibilties :-Location- MumbaiEisnerAmper is seeking a Valuation Senior to join the Corporate Finance Group (CFG) practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.Responsibilities Experience preparing and reviewing third-party valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes Experience in the application of valuation methodologies for: o Privately-held companies and different equity securities of privately-held companies o Valuation of securities for share-based compensation in accordance with IRC 409A and ASC 718, including modeling of complex capital structures with option pricing models o Purchase price allocations, valuation of intangible assets and contingent consideration in compliance with ASC 805 o Impairment testing of goodwill and long-term assets in compliance with ASC 350 o Valuation of derivative instruments in compliance with ASC 815 o Valuation of portfolio investments in compliance with ASC 820 o Options, warrants and derivatives and use of binomial/lattice and Monte Carlo simulation models o Quantification of discounts and premiums Experience interfacing with clients/auditors and managing the relationships.Basic qualifications for the opportunity CA or CFA 3 to 5 years of valuation experience, with experience at a valuation firm or at an accounting firm in a valuation practice Valuation credentials (CFA, CEIV, ASA/AM, CPA/ABV, CVA) Experience with on-line databases (S&P Capital IQ) and Internet research of company specific, industry and economic analysis Regards,Team HR
