1. Deliver and work on cost analysis, reports and write insightful commentaries on cost movements.2. Own transaction level cost analysis and ensure contra is done.3. Deep dive analysis in cost lines to have robust control over entire cost base.4. Own calculation, delivery and explanation of monthly rolling forecast & detailed multi-year annual planning cycles globally for Structuring direct costs.5. Supporting Structuring CAO to work with CB&S CAO around all cost discussions, targets and cost initiatives within CB&S.6. Supporting the business managers, FDs & other trading partners in bespoke cost queries.7. Working in close coordination with senior Business Managers across products and regions globally to cater to business requirements.8. Prepare critical management reports and presentations for the senior stakeholders assisting them in key decision making.9. Will be exposed to / interact with Business Managers, as well as Support Areas (e.g. Finance), as necessary to deliver the required end products (e.g. pipeline deals).10. You will be part of a team of 5 in MumbaiDesired Candidate ProfileYou will have:1. Strong English skills. Ability to communicate clearly with regional and global business managers (both verbal and written communication)2. Chartered Accountant or Post Graduate degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration3. Experience of working in KPI-driven, performance-metric focussed, timeliness and quality focussed4. Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, detail orientation, service commitment, solid organizational & interpersonal skills5.
