Job DescriptionCost Analytics Manager - Collections - (190009A4)DescriptionThe key responsibility of the role is to work towards increasing the cost efficiency of the Collections TeamThe role will be responsible to manage the cost for CollectionsHe / She will be responsible for simulation of any new payouts of the Collection VendorsThe incumbent will be responsible to track & control the payouts and incentives rolled out to vendorsHe / She will be responsible to generate and provide various MIS based on the cost consumption vs. the budget month on monthThe incumbent will be required to ensure that the NCMs and GPMs are aware of their cost consumptionThe incumbent has to highlight the cost intensive areas and recommendations for reducing the sameThe incumbent has to monitor the productivity of the payouts to vendors as well as inhouse executivesThe incumbent will be responsible to ensure that the processes managed are compliant to the audit and infosecurity requirements.,
