A leading Interior Design company is looking for the Cost estimate executive .Job Summary:A draftsman/ cost estimate analyst.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scouting for Tenders
  • Filling up Tenders and Cost estimation
  • Understanding Product details based on Layout Drawings
  • Creating Bill of Quantities and preparing Quotations
  • Preparing Pricing Proposals
  • Follow-up on Quotations
  • Identifying Vendors
  • Product Knowledge
  • Competitor Knowledge
  • Eye for Detailing
  • Finalisation of Works Completed
  • Material Analysis on Project Completion
  • Project Cost Analysis
  • Profit Centre Responsibility
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Working in Challenging Time lines and Deadlines
  • Conversant with Excel and Basic Quotation norms
  • Understanding of Basic Financial Implications
  • Ability to get into Details of Requirement

Credentials and Experience
  • Graduate in a must. Engg or Diploma background would be an Advantage
  • Work Exp : 3 5 yrs in relevant/similar Markets/ Products
