Able to manage a team of 15 to 20 engineers and ensure quality delivery within defined schedule Maintains organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Remain updated and ensure that the programme remains relevant and responsive Ensure compliance of the office with local legislation, YTRs policies and procedures. Lead on regular communications and consultations with YTRs Policy and Communications Division, regarding the YTR programmes strategic priorities Ensure effective communication and reporting between YTR operations and Technical staff.
