Job Description

    Location: Any LTI Mindtree Office Location Key Skills: CPQ Support Analyst 5-10 years experience in technology consulting and Support, thorough knowledge of CPQ Development & Configuration Good understanding of Life Sciences domain and and pharmaceutical industry in general Some knowledge of GxP, eCTD, GAMP and delivering validated applications (21 CFR Part 11)Roles and Responsibilities: Ability to troubleshoot incident and problem tickets raised by users, investigate system behaviour and drive resolutions Create and maintain technical support documentation (Support Runbook) Ensure the maintenance of servers and Ensure Application availability at all times. Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner Act as a liaison between users/operations, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and othersSoft Skills: Problem solving attitude with quick and prompt decision making Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills combined with ability to work with geographically distributed teams,
