Job Description

  • Co - ordinate with the creative team and manage resources to get the results and deliverables for fulfilled as per deadlines.
  • Receives briefings, and analyses the input of client together with background knowledge, followed by content curation to produce the final document to the creative team.
  • Provides creative personnel with well - documented input and support data as required; ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the creative team.
  • Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the events, marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities
  • Formulate the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections; in line with the overall marketing strategy
  • Review and approve the Advertising and PR strategy, assess the credibility and commercial feasibility and finalize the advertising and PR
  • Review and finalize the creative campaign for events on a regular basis and oversee the smooth execution of the events and monitor the performance of the various agencies involved
  • Writing and conceptualizing project creative briefs
  • Should be a self - starter and capable of operating on minimal management
  • Set content strategy guidelines, pitch, themes for brands digital content needs
  • Stay updated and build their skill sets through learning new digital methods, tips & tricks, thus contributing to the digital prowess of the company
  • Responsible for the overall management and execution of the digital activity as per requirements.
  • Coordinates and authorizes quotations for client approval.
  • Ensures prompt collection of account receivables and ensures that they don - t exceed the given limits.
    • Requirements
      • GraduateMBA who has majored in fields such as: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Media Management.
      • 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
      • Excellent Communication skills.
      • Excellent knowledge of Web & Social Media Platforms.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
      • Experience with Google ad words SEM.
      • Strong analytical and data - driven thinking.
      • Up - to - date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
      • Out of the box thinker.
      • Keen aesthetic sense.
      • Flexibility to take on new roles within the marketing team.
      • Enterprising approach to work and problem solving.
