Salary: 10 Lac - 16 LacAsset and Wealth Management Centre is looking to hire a Credit Analyst in its US Investment Grade credit research group, who will be responsible for covering US companies issuing USD denominated debt, across multiple sectors, with a specific focus on investment grade issuers/bonds.Responsibilities include:1. Preparing and analyzing financial and operating statistics on specific companies.2. Preparing financial models and forecasts for specific companies, Maintain proprietary analytical forecasts.3. Tracking, collecting and analyzing economic, market, industry/sector, company and bond market data of importance.4. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative information obtained to determine financial and competitive advantages.5. Assessment of credit risk. Develop and write opinions on fundamental credit trends and ratings.6. Provide recommendations on specific sectors and individual securities based upon credit analysis.7. Analyzing prospectuses to determine structure and covenants of new and secondary issues.8. Summarizing company meetings, sell-side presentations and earnings conference calls.9. Informing senior analysts/ portfolio managers on major company or sector news events, rating actions etc.10. Support senior research analysts (2 max.) based in New York with focus on specific sectors.Desired Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a candidate with post-graduate degree in Engineering, Finance or Economics with about 3 to 6 years of experience in the financial and credit markets. The ideal candidate should have the following skill sets:1. Strong fundamental analysis skills, and ability to translate credit opinion into relative value recommendations2. High analytical orientation, conceptual skills and practical handling of market databases.3. Evaluate complex written documentation. Analyze and assess corporate and financial structures, covenants and other terms is a pre-requisite.4. Knowledge of current events/trends impacting business issues (i.e. macro-economic, socio-political, industry, etc.) is required.5. Very Strong ability to communicate concisely orally and in writing.6. Strong ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks simultaneously.,
