Job Location :HO Experience Range 2 years Location HO Education Any graduate/ Post graduate (Agri. graduate preferred) - any specialization Credit/ Agri. Management will be an added advantage Job Description Skill Set 1. Banking professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in appraisal, assessment, documentation, Post sanction follow up and monitoring of agriculture portfolio 2. Must have good knowledge of Retail trading business of agri equipment Agri. Term loan finance, Agri. allied activities such as Dairy, Poultry Etc. 3. Good at MS Word, Excel and PPT. Should be able to prepare MIS of individual cases 1. To provide sound and independent unsolicited credit advice, recommendations and quality feedback on Agri credit proposals 2. Underwriting of retail Agri loans, Agri project financing under Priority sector while analysing overall risk exposures of customers, risk assessment, internal / external rating, mitigates etc. 3. As per authorizations, presenting the proposals to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authorities satisfying all their queries 4. Interacting with customer during PD, understanding the business working capacity, inventory of the business etc. Field visit to customers farm, home, water source, project site etc. whenever necessary 5. Manage processing and disbursement of loans for the allocated portfolio 6. Evaluating documents i.e. Pre sanction and post sanction documents 7. Manage and monitor post sanction process of the allocated loan portfolio including documentation, ROC creation, Mortgage execution, legal vetting of documents and disbursements etc. 8. At post approval stage checking of property documents, Legal Valuation report 9. Monthly/ periodical monitoring and reporting of the overdue positions, recovery, utilization of limits, AML alerts etc. 10. Manage and ensure timely renewal and enhancement of portfolio while adhering to companys credit and product policies 11. MIS updating and sharing on daily basis for the entire underwriting team for all products 12. Coordination with sales team of various region to resolve discrepancy 13. Custodian of documents Interface with RBI, internal auditors and MIS preparation for all loan proposals getting generated 14. Make necessary recording and monitor collateral maintenance,
