Job Location :HO Experience Range 2 years Location HO Education Any graduate/ Post graduate (Agri. graduate preferred) - any specialization Credit/ Agri. Management will be an added advantage Job Description Skill Set 1. Banking professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in appraisal, assessment, documentation, Post sanction follow up and monitoring of agriculture portfolio 2. Must have good knowledge of Retail trading business of agri equipment Agri. Term loan finance, Agri. allied activities such as Dairy, Poultry Etc. 3. Good at MS Word, Excel and PPT. Should be able to prepare MIS of individual cases 1. To provide sound and independent unsolicited credit advice, recommendations and quality feedback on Agri SME credit proposals 2. Handling all type of short term (WC) loans for Agri SME Enterprises 3. Credit Appraisal including financial analysis to understand the business targets and achievements their pattern, potential business for current years, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the firms/ entities, preparation of appraisal notes , credit checks like Credit bureau, FI, legal, technical etc. 4. As per authorizations, presenting the proposals to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authorities satisfying all their queries 5. Interacting with customer during PD, understanding the business working capacity, inventory of the business etc. 6. To manage and monitor local credit portfolio and other risks on a proactive basis by having in-depth knowledge of individual credit takers 7. Manage and ensure timely renewal and enhancement of portfolio while adhering to companys credit and product policies 8. Ensure that adequate training is imparted to all value chain stakeholders,
