Job Description

    Credit Card Acquisition Manager Role s & Responsibilities:
    • Assisting to drive and manage card acquisition campaign through various channels
    • Managing key stakeholders (channel management)
    • To review and collate existing issue to optimize TaT for card application
    • To assist with RTOB Project Implementation
    • Achieve goals on end-to-end process management and enhance customer experience
    • Develop organizational resilience and competitive advantage through people initiatives
    • Driving management(s) direction for business growth objective
    Responsibilities* Strategy*
    • Awareness of the market landscape & understanding of the portfolio through data analysis
    Business*
    • Engage clients and drive card acquisition through campaigns and credit test program to achieve & exceed business/ financial targets
    Processes*
    • Responsible for ideation & execution of acquisition campaigns to drive card acquisition and fulfilment. Assist with RTOB end-to-end process (from business requirement, reviewing user stories, alignment with all stakeholders, UAT and UVT implementation.
    eople & Talent *
    • Work with various stakeholders to ensure campaigns are well executed and campaign targets are met. To ensure RTOB execution adheres to the requirement with no gaps.
    Risk Management*
    • Adherence to GPS, ensuring controls and measures are updated and put in place to minimise gaps.
    Governance *
    • Understanding of regulatory framework, requirements and expectations.
    Regulatory & Business Conduct *
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct .
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

    • Finance, CABM, Legal & Compliance, PMO, Technology Team, Credit, Sales, Fraud, Operations Team, External Partners,
    Qualifications * Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
    • Academic qualification i.e. Degree in any discipline (preferably Banking & Finance), or
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Banking (preferably in Credit or Product Management/ Retail Banking)
