Underwriting MSME secured and unsecured loans up to 15 Lac for Mumbai Location. Manage the credit appraisal of loan applications/ scrutiny of relevant documents/ income statement, assessing credit worthiness of clients, conducting a thorough risk analysis before sanctioning loans and disbursing loan amount, ensuring compliance with organization Credit manager also have to visit client office/factory for personal discussion to understand the business model before lending secured or unsecured loan credit policies. Ensuring Each Credit Proposal/Application Comply with the Credit Policy. Ensuring TAT is met. Ensuring Quality of CPV and TVR reports. Regular check on sourcing and channels to check Frauds. Conducting Product and Process Training for In-house Team, DSA and Branch Executives. Initiating measures to ensure financial health of credit portfolio and minimization of Bad Loans. Maintaining Delinquency at 1% and Nil Non Starters (Bucket 0 to 1) for the Mumbai location. Ensuring Nil Audit queries Adapting and implementing systems and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in operations.
