Delivering long-term value demands powerful tools as well as deep insights.Job Title: Credit Officer Housing Finance industry -Navi MumbaiJob Responsibilities 1) Receive the application, check the income documents, bank statements & cibil records and do the initial assessment of the case2) Visit customers place of business / employment and conduct personal discussion and assess the Employment/ business model and overall credit worthiness of the customer.3) Evaluate the Field Credit Investigation (FCI), Technical Appraisal Report (TAR), Legal Appraisal Report (LAR), prepare the Credit appraisal report and recommend files for approval.4) Co-ordinate with the customers/channels for the pending documents collection as well as query resolution5) Efficiently manage the Under-process files and ensure adherence to TAT6) Follow up on self sourced cases where there are slippages in terms of Cheque bounces or 30-60 DPDKey Skills:Key Skills:Good communication skills and command over Hindi / language and EnglishThe above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, analytical skills, convincing skills, process orientation, time management and a strong determination to achieve resultsBasic knowledge of computer requiredAbility to multi-task and manage overall operationsMandatory:Ability to relate and communicate well with local residents, particularly those belonging to the lower income levelsThe candidates must be open to travel extensively within the city as a part of the job responsibilityIndustry: Housing FinanceGender: MaleExperience: 1-3 years in Affordable Housing Finance companiesJob Location: Navi MumbaiWorking Days: 6 daysQualification: Graduate/Post graduate in any disciplineCT : No incentives, only fixed CTCNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysRelocation candidates: NoAbout Morpheus Consulting:Morpheus Consulting understands the dynamics attached to talent acquisition, relationship management and the required service levels within the regional industry.
