Job Description

  • Provide inputs towards creation of policy / program towards lending to small businesses in India both secured and unsecured
  • Manage the portfolio on an ongoing basis and ensure that portfolio stays within the established norms of concentration, delinquencies, NPAs etc.
  • To conceptualize and create the credit architecture for delivery of credit to small business segment including collections, early alert triggers, monitoring process, documentation etc
  • Track and adopt new trends in lending in this segment
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Policy / program level inputs to help design appropriate policy for delivery of credit to small businesses
  • Approve Memos and ratings for the customers sourced under this segment To assist in implementation of new credit evaluation tools, techniques and policies and help other credit staff and business unit staff to smoothly move into the new methodologies
  • Portfolio monitoring / tracking & escalation of adverse new events in portfolio / industry.
  • Keeping track of delinquency levels in Small business loan portfolio and ensure that requisite follow up is done with front end /borrower, wherever needed to ensure that overdues are regularised in a time bound manner.
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with Bank s internal credit policy as well as regulatory guidelines for the Enterprise Banking segment.
  • Ensure compliance with the benchmark Turnaround Time
  • To assist Senior Credit Risk Managers in compiling Management MIS / reports for Credit Committee, other forums
