Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our communications leads to define, develop, implement and manage communication collaterals for CRES taking into account both internal and external audiences
  • Prepare designs for various mediums such as print/digital. Creating designs as per the Capgemini guidelines. From sketch to final touch, you will be instrumental in bringing our communications to life through attractive visual representations of the message.
  • Be confident and familiar with all communication formats including emailers / screensavers / intranet design, visual aesthetics etc. and focus on bringing innovation to the CRES communications arena and relay of our messages
  • Plan and drive specific design campaigns as and when needed
  • Building potential designs for ppts and collaterals used by our Leadership Team to communicate about CRES
  • Be well versed with video making, video editing, storyboarding etc. for scripts and content shared
  • Revamp & redesign our CRES hub and help make design changes in CMS
Experience
  • Must have proven experience in various designing softwares such as Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe, Indesign, Adobe animate for animation, coral draw etc.
  • Proven visualisation skills
  • Creating collaterals for a global audience
  • Intermediate skills for Video editing, animation, GIFs, infographs, cinemagraphs etc.
