Within RDS: Credit Rating Framework (CRF) is a BNPP RISK tool embedding business and regulatory concerns (Credit process, PD & LGD assessment based on internal rating policies).The candidate will join ITG-FRESH-RDS and participate actively to credit rating model IT implementation within CRF as well as the follow-up and management of IT developers. The activity will mainly consist In organizing / Costing / scheduling / Documenting and report on the CRF IT activities (monitoring of batch treatments, followup of IT dev., contribute to IT roadmap construction and project instruction). The position will require high reactivity and reporting skills in order to follow the IT activities. The candidate will also need to have a first management experience. The position will lead to develop knowledges on various financial and credit rating relating topics as well as BNPP information system within a motivating environment.Responsibilities

  • Pilot the CRF IT developers team (Organization and follow-up of IT implementation activity)
  • Propose technical solutions adapted to the business needs (Contribute to technical requirements writings)
  • Report to CRF central team on a regular basis (KPIs, Roadmap follow-up, incident/bugs tracking, budget consumption)
  • Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from analyst
  • Liaise with BA to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications
  • Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received
  • Work closely in a one team approach with all stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC, jointly providing high quality deliverables
  • Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression ) as required while coordinating with BA, IT and QA teams
  • Provide support to operations from a technical perspective
  • Supervising and monitoring system modifications, UAT, developments and release.
  • Implementation of best practices and coding standards.

  • Technical knowledge of C# on Visual Studio; SQL; PL/SQL; SQL Loader; Script Shell Windows and LINUX, .NET
  • Capability to parameterize web sites under MS IIS
  • Knowledge of Sql Server database and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Knowledge on API Architecture and authentication process (Certificate management)
