Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through the implementation of CRM strategies and tactics. By personalizing communications, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with various teams, you will aim to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth for the company.Responsibilities:Develop and Execute CRM Strategies: Create and implement CRM strategies and tactics to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.Customer Data Management: Oversee the management of customer data and segmentation to deliver personalized communications and offers.Multi-Channel Communication: Create and manage targeted email campaigns, SMS campaigns, push notifications, and other communication channels to provide customers with relevant content and promotions.Alignment with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that CRM activities align with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to enhance the customer experience and foster loyalty.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.Lead Nurturing: Work in conjunction with the sales team to develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns aimed at improving conversion rates.Consistency in Messaging: Collaborate with the customer service team to maintain consistency in messaging and the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.Requirements:Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.CRM Expertise: Demonstrated experience in working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills.Preferred Experience: Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
