Medi claimsExperience: 2-3 Years TPA Experience is MustLocation- Andheri East MumbaiIndustry : HealthcareDepartment & Role : Medi claims InsuranceEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentQualification- Any GraduateAbout Co- Healthcare TPA-
    • Direct dealing with Insurance company and claimant for Mediclaim related queries.
    • Resolve grievances received by the employees/Individual and the Corporate HR in a TAT period allotted.
    • Reverting the employee and HR and insurance company on resolving the query received by end of the day.
    • Visiting Client premises monthly basis.
    • Updating and Sharing the claim MIS with respective client on monthly basis.
    • Providing the updated claim MIS to internal auditing team.
    • Attending calls coming from client and resolving the grievance related to the Mediclaim with immediate effect.
    • Candidate should be from insurance or TPA domain.
