Job Description

    Job Purpose:1. Responsible for driving the design, development and delivery of large,complex, high volume, and scalable applications in the banking andfinancial services domain.2. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that areoften high-volume , required for mission-critical systems3. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code 4. Designs, develops, recommends, and implements quality businesssolutions into a highly dynamic computing environment5. Responsible for application analysis, tuning and measurement toensure appropriate performance and reliability based on documentedSLAs6. Design and development of Java applications as well as multi-tier JavaEE style applications in the finance technology7. Participate in architectural and software development activities.8. Conduct software analysis, testing, programming, and debugging.9. Recognize the production and non-production application issues.Functional Responsibilities:1.Works with project teams and unit level team members to ensurestrong technical alignment with documented development standards,SDLC, and coding frameworks for all application development efforts2. Hands-on experience in Core Java3. Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, andServlet,iReport, Pl-Sql4. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts,exception handling, and memory managementCompetencies required for role:Should have 3-8 years of experience in development, and maintenance of enterprise shared services using technologies like Java, Spring boot, Mongo DB.
