- Responsible for Planning and designing of curriculum as per the framework defined.- Responsible for Monitoring, Assessment, Recording, Reporting and Curriculum Development.- Special emphasis on integration of real world learning and skill based learning in curriculum.- Responsible for delivering lessons in accordance with the designed program.- Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students varyingneeds.- Marking and monitor the work of the students and set targets for progress.- Possess thorough knowledge of the subject.- Review of reference books from different publications and suggest future course of action.- Analyzing the curriculum feedback sent by HOD and work on the actionable/recommendations- Verification of Year Plans and Term Plans against Board specifications- Any other actionable that demands subject expertise at all significant stages i.e. curriculumplanning, development, implementation, analysis and revision.- Minimum errors and rectifications in the year plans as against board specifications- Timely completion of any other tasks assigned that demanded subject expertise at allsignificant stages i.e. curriculum planning, development, implementation, analysis andrevision.Desired candidateQualification : MBA/M. Ed/B. Ed/D. Ed/ECCEExperience : Minimum 2 years of teaching or 1 year of curriculum designing experienceSkills : Excellent writing and spoken EnglishOthers : Willing to travel
