Customer Care- Mumbai Job Opening :Customer Care Customer Care Representative Key Accountabilities: (i) Attending in- bound & outbound customer care calls. Providing a friendly, efficient service to ensure Customer satisfaction & making COD verification calls.(ii) Candidate will be responsible for handling written responses. Inbound and outbound emails . Taking Care of Raise Request & Complaints for resolving customer queries.(iii) A constant follow up required with courier partners for delivery of orders on special request. Will also be required to multi task and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e- commerce environment.(iv) Candidate will have to be more active with warehouse team as well to check the status of customer orders.(v) The candidate needs to co- ordinate with merchandising team to make sure customer gets what they have requested/ ordered for. Always be in loop with brands/ merchandise information.(vi) He/ she shall be required to work with IT and warehouse team to know the back end process where he/ she will be in a good position to satisfy customers.(vii) Process customer refunds and returns using our back end system.Skill requirement:0- 5 years of experience in customer care activities.
