Below is the opportunity for you.Customer Care ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:Managing a range / volume of inbound callsCalls can be for renting, management, buying or selling of properties in LondonCallers can be new or existing leads buyers, sellers, tenants or landlordsCaller location can be from London, the UK, India or other countriesAnswering the queries accordingly through the phone and emailDraft email responses and written message to all the queries / leads,Schedule coordinations, follow ups, reminders with prospective leadsTransferring calls efficiently and to the correct department; orWhen the department is not available, take messages to forward to relevant departmentsEnsuring customer details and queries are captured accuratelyProviding exceptional customer serviceBuilding and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external stakeholdersArrange business meetings with prospective clients for the teamDrafting and managing email correspondence and letters and following up on the assignedtaskLearning about, staying updated and attending trainings of the companys products andservicesHandle and manage office manuals and brochures and company accessories / printingmaterial (Laptops, Headset, Brochures, Pamphlets, Visiting cards etc).Mandatory:Communicate orally in proficient and excellent English (basic English will not do)Write messages and emails in proficient excellent English (not basic English)Microsoft Office proficiency - Excel, WordWell-spoken with Exceptional communication skillsHave a polite and confident telephone mannerBe able to work in a fast-paced environmentHave a proactive and positive approachNot mandatory but would be a plus:Past experience in international or domestic real estate sector- Exp from BPO voice process is preferred.Educational qualification: Graduate (or higher) from recognised university (Medium - English only)Office Location: Bandra Kurla Complex, MumbaiType: Work from OfficeWorking days: Monday to FridayTimings: 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm(ie. UK time 7:00 am to 4:00 pm)Required: ImmediatelyCTC: INR 18,000 INR 25,000 per month (Can extend beyond this only if the candidate is exceptional)(No variable pay / bonus that is based on monthly targets/calls to achieve)Mail at hidden_email
