Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :-1. Understanding customer needs in the affluent space, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and enhancecustomer experience.2. Competitive benchmarking of the best in-class products/ programs globally. Advise and provide insights andrecommendations on innovative and strategic product development, product targeting and lifecycle management.3. Partner Management by driving engagement with feature partners && co-brand partners to create value forcustomer, generate new opportunities for acquisition and manage relationship with the feature partners.4. Product portfolio management activities including portfolio review, driving activation, activity & spends on theportfolio along with risk management.5. Conceptualizing && executing tactical promotions and offers to build engagement and drive acquisition and usage onthe portfolio.6. Working closely with operations, technology and support channels to design processes that enhance customerexperience and deliver the product promise to the customer7. Support RMs and branch staff to address immediate customer queries and complaints.8. Oversee financial performance of the product including identifying opportunities and gaps and developing businessstrategies.9. Sales enablement by communicating product value and supporting channels with training and collaterals.10. Ensuring timely MIS && Reports, and collateral and online content management for the product.
