Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Greet the customers and ascertain the customer needs and wants Explain the CRM program to the customers Ensure timely delivery of merchandise to customer as per deadline Ensure customers satisfaction as per Set Behaviours create moment of delight to customers and send stories to SGM positive or negative Register every customer into the CRM system and link his purchase Feed in customer information gathered during interaction into the CRM system on a daily basis to enrich quality of database and information about customers Executes callouts on a specific business requirement do after sales calls Remember special Occasions Ensures all thank you calls are made by other members / ensures all customers deliveries are made on time to customers , home delivery Monitor the registrations process and ensure 100% bills are linked and basic information collected to the extent of 80% Understand this unique information and utilize that knowledge to help the business customize its strategies for the stores and respective to this customers also ensure info is captured for all clients and at a good quality Train and Develop team in CRM Management Gathers the information on competitor sales / merchandize / consumer / promotion trends. Validates the same and reports at regular frequency. Manages data with cashier and study reports with SM Make personal Relations with customers , Develop new customers & Tie ups Achieving the Sales targets Act as a team - player in increasing the sales of the store & Achievement of store KPIs ATV , UPT & Conversation Pre - requisites / Skills Cheerful and always happy , Better handling of customer grievance , Tries to learn other work than core job in his spare time Stays focused on work tasks and productively uses time and energy Presents a positive temperament and maintains constructive interpersonal relationships when under stress Understands his / her role in impacting the internal / external customers Talks to customers (internal & external) to find out what they want & how they are with what they are getting , collects & summarizes this information for decision making Follows through and delivers on the customer needs Fosters team spirit , collaboration within teams & communicates expectations Displays personal responsibility and delivers to the requirements of the team.
