Job Description

  • Morning /afternoon shift operations - responsible for overlooking Lobby Reception & club house (7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11 pm)
  • Filling up daily check list , access control monitoring and visitor management,
  • Complaint registering with internal help desk, complaint tracking through feedback calls to resident,
  • Directing and using access control cards for all visitors, valet and automatic car park coordination
  • Ensuring cleanliness in lobby and porch areas via housekeeping, ensuring that security is well manned in the front areas
  • Ensuring that they attend all distress calls for gas leak detector or lift man trap
  • Handling Club house enquiries, club house orientation and induction for all clients, kids management in club house area,
  • Party confirmation handling and reservation diary management, billing processing and management, message handling and bell hop services management
  • Emergency services management as part of communication team during emergencies, butler service management
