Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:1. To attend customers on call and personally2. To maintain MIS of all projects.3. To generate the requisite reports and present it to the MGMT.4. To raise NOC request to DCB Bank for Triveni Crown project.5. To co-ordinate with other departments as required.6. To follow up with customers and Bankers for payments.7. To visit site daily for inspection of work progress.8. To resolve customer queries / escalations.9. To manage CRM & Maintenance team10. To track complaints received from customers across projects and share the same with Maintenance team for action and closure.11. Co-ordinating with site team for project beautification and maintenance related.12. To track AMC of services availed for the Projects.13. To review ERP and improvise the same.14. To ensure improvisation wherever required.15. To give suggestions / recommendations for brand marketing.Requirement:1. Graduation is must.2. Should have minimum 4 yrs of relevant experience.3. Current designation must be of manager.
