KYC, Documentations, Agreements, Registration, Collections etcAll post sales Communication from Welcome Mail to possession.SFDC & record keeping including receipts of payments & outstanding recordsPossession related processes & documentationHandover of booked unit & possession formalities.Reconciliation for Full & final of customers accountHandover formalities inc. Documentations, collection, Snagging work & other requireddocumentation etc.Monthly collection target managementMaintain Payment Inflow & collection.Taking care of loan disbursements, APF & Bank ApprovalsTimely monitoring Data management & record managementZero escalations managementDefaulter management with relation managementKeep check on clients requirements & processesStrict adherence of set SOP & coordination among team.Team Management & office admin management and coordinationTaking care of Customer queries & resolution of the sameParking allocation managementMail Drafting, letter drafting, format or setting process SOP etc.Maintaining Loyalty & reference relationship with booked and old customersCoordination with Construction civil team for modification request & approvals.Coordination with all relevant stakeholders at site, strategy & marketing. Preparing MIS,weekly/monthlyreports for management intervention.Send & submit reports & mails
