We are looking for Tele-caller - Customer Service Person who can take new lead calls and take ownership and deliver result.2. Handling inbound & outbound calls with clients3. Responsible for accounting client queries, catching questions, processing their needs, taking feedback, registering grievances & also marketing the products, converting leads into clienteles and maintaining good customer relationships5.
