Job Description

Handling enquires received from all the agents and customers, punching in the system, arranging offer to the customers and agents. Once rates are offered, follow up for all enquiries and customers feedback. Negotiating with Pricing team and try to match customers requirements and confirming the Business. Reaching the target and make sure that every month good volume confirmed shipments are received. Generating Freight Certificates, arranging for the FCS if on Collect basis and follow up for the payments from the customers. Handling nominations for the shipments received from the Domestic desks or from the other sectors Ensuring Prompt services to customers/ overseas agent and overall, try to Grab Business and reach Monthly volume Target.,
