Job Description

Company Name- Magma HDI General Insurance Co. Ltd.
Place of posting -Mumbai (Kurla)
Qualification- Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service department handling Emails & Webchat from a General Insurance Sector only
Office Timing- 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
Week Off- All Saturdays Off, except for 4th & 5th if any
Work Model- Work from Office

Manager the overall TAT and quality of email channel
Inhouse resource management
Set up the chat channel
Service Levels and operational metrics of Chat
Automate the Email process
Improve accuracy of chat and email bot and work towards operational efficiency
Ensure optimal utilization of resources
Generate MIS and reports related to each channel and ensure improvement in defined metrics
Coordinate with different stakeholders for resolution of customer requests
Create and update SOP for email and webchat process
