Job Description

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Support in Diagnostic industry
  • Troubleshooting/ Solving customer s queries like as applications, QC queries etc.
  • Helping to our field staff (Junior team as well as Managers) for solving their queries at customer s place, like as applications, QC queries etc.
  • Giving training to the field team about technical aspects of our products & helping them in field to promote our products.
  • Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
  • Going on field for solving the complaints.
