Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Chats, Email) Apply to this position 2.4 to 3.36 Lakhs Overview: Fitternity enables Chat Support functionality to operate efficiently by responding to customer inquiries. It is their duty to be readily available to provide help or a solution in real-time to handle inquiries from customers in professional, clear, and concise manner. Job Responsibility Develop strong customer relationships and will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through E-mail and Chat within the assigned timeline Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues. Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat. Build customer relationships as part of the sales process. Requirements 1-3 years of work experience. Effective reading and writing English communication skills. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers on Calls, Emails Chat. Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals Comfortable with long and unpredictable work hours,
