    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities Our Client looking for dynamic and proactive candidates for the post of Customer Support Executive (Voice and non-voice process) for our fast-growing E-Commerce in Mens Apparels at the PAN India Level.Key Responsibilities Areas:01. Responsible for receiving, considering, and responding to all customer inquiries/queries through email/call.02. Handling customer concerns and solving customer complaints.03. Taking required actions on customer feedback.04. Replying to customer Emails and Social Media Platform messages (Instagram/Facebook) Outbound calls:1)Making the NDR calls to customers and assisting in streamlining the delivery process2)Making Order confirmation calls to High-value customers.3) Coordinating with customers for Reverse pickup of Parcels.Desired Candidate Profile Requirements:01.
