Job Description

Looking for Manager Customs Brokerage at Andheri East2Nos. (Air Import / Ocean Import / Air+ Ocean Export)CTC - Best in the industry.Graduate in any stream.Qualification min. Graduate or post graduate withCHA backgroundRule 8/ F Card qualified person OR Experienced G card holder at managerial level.Knowledge of all products Export & import clearanceMinimum 6 to 8 years of experience.

  • Coordinate with Air & Ocean Import Team for documentation & operational part
  • Strictly follow the compliance as per CBLR
  • Complete responsibility / ownership of correct documentation
  • Ensure documents are filed on time as per customs rules
  • identify the area need to improve and give proper suggestion
  • Resolving customer queries with proper suggestions.
  • Informing customer for required documents for customs clearance
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer on time
  • Co-ordinate with overseas for RFQ
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up till it gets resolved
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow customs procedures, guidelines and policies strictly
  • Keeping ahead of developments in customer service
